Job Title: Land and Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the Trust's property management in line with the Malvern Hills Acts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the safe provision of visitor infrastructure
  • Oversee boundary and real property management
  • Acquire and license land across the estate
  • Plan and manage the Trust's property portfolio
Requirements:
  • Education to a degree standard or equivalent by experience
  • Chartered surveyor qualification or working towards it
  • Membership of a relevant professional body
  • Ability to manage difficult issues with sensitivity
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Full valid UK driving licence
