The Role

As a Property Services Operative you will be providing robust and flexible support and undertake a number of duties such as routine maintenance tasks, grounds maintenance, cleaning, lift and shift, escorting and other general duties in support of Group Property Operations on site.

**Day-to-day, you will**:
Deliver general service tasks as identified such as hanging notice boards, weekly shower flushes and recording for audit purposes

Receipt, sorting, recording (as appropriate) & delivery of post & parcels on site

Movement of consumables & materials across site in the ongoing management of services

Collection of waste items from across site and disposal in the correct receptacles; including kitchen & dry waste recycling bins

Assist the Grounds maintenance team ensuring that the site grounds are kept to the required standard

This role is a full-time position based at our Malvern site 5 days a week.

**Essential experience of the Property Services Operative**:
Previous experience in a similar role

Ability to safely deploy equipment/processes

Manual Handling awareness/risk appreciation

Ability to solve problems

**Qualifications for the Property Services Operative**:
Full Driving Licence

Forklift Licence
