Overview:
We are a property renovations company expanding into doing extensions and are looking for a skilled person for the following;

**Duties**:

- Construct and repair roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Perform carpentry work to build or reinforce roof structures
- Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and fastening materials
- Conduct welding tasks for roof repairs or installations
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate roof construction
- Inspect and assess roofs for damage or leaks
- Perform plumbing work related to roof drainage systems

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in masonry, carpentry, or roofing
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction tasks
- Familiarity with welding techniques for roof repairs
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting schematics for construction projects

Pay: From £20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Roofing: 6 years (preferred)
