We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare in our region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of finance staff to deliver high-quality financial management and support services.
- Provide strategic financial leadership, driving operational and financial excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with Site and Hospital Directors, Senior Doctors, and Nurses to develop innovative solutions to healthcare challenges.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Ensure robust financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- 37 hours per week
- Opportunity for flexible working hours
- Starting from 27 days annual leave + 8 days public holiday per annum (35 days leave in total)
