Architectural Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee a prestigious residential project in a prime location. This role offers the chance to engage in a high-profile development that emphasizes luxury and sophistication.

Our client is a renowned property development firm known for its exceptional projects in various upscale locations. Their portfolio includes properties that blend classic architectural elements with modern design, ensuring a unique aesthetic appeal.

This specific project is currently underway, and the firm is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in high-end residential architecture and historical renovations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Design to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets all design and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Design, providing regular updates and insights on project progress.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and contractors, offering guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess and allocate additional resources as required to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations on-site.
  • Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Architectural education and training with a proven track record in luxury residential projects.
  • Familiarity with various design styles, including English, Flemish, French, and Belgian, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated project management experience is essential.
  • Prior experience as an Architect throughout all project phases, particularly during construction, is preferred.
  • Willingness to engage directly with contractors and builders on-site.
  • Availability to work in a prestigious location for an extended period.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with strong written communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the specified region without visa requirements.
  • Knowledge of the local construction industry is a plus.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects, Excel, and the Office Suite.
