Bespoke Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Leader to join our London-based practice. As an Associate Director of Architecture, you will be responsible for leading our team on large-scale schemes across London, UK, and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to operate as an important member of our London management team, setting the architectural agenda across creative and delivery processes. You will facilitate and champion innovation and team organisation and resourcing.

The ideal candidate will have a 'global excellence' portfolio of elite design projects and their delivery, with experience in sectors such as residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use. A strong remuneration package is on offer, aligned with the role as a project & practice leader.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architectural design flair
  • Manage both internal team and consultants
  • Work within the senior leadership team across practice
  • Be responsible for a project fees/resourcing/practice management duties
  • Client-facing and engagement

Requirements include:

  • Fully qualified architect with Part III
  • Experience running cutting-edge large schemes
  • REVIT project delivery experience essential

Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team are essential for this role.
