This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the regulatory oversight and compliance activities of our client's dealership network.
Position Overview:
This position can be performed remotely; however, candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to the client’s head office for team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the FCA Register for all partners, ensuring that regulatory statuses are current.
- Assist in the investigation of dealer risk events and any risks identified during reviews.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and evaluate relevant eLearning modules.
- Implement an improved dealer review and oversight monitoring system for all brands.
- Monitor sales compliance metrics and identify any areas of concern.
- Support the Sales Team by conducting sample checks during quarterly reviews.
- Oversee the completion of training requirements and escalate any instances of non-compliance.
- Maintain internal compliance logs and ensure updates are communicated to the Field Team.
- Establish strong relationships with training academies and mystery shopping functions.
- Assist in the selection and administration of delegates for the Masters Programme.
- Experience in a motor finance organization or dealer group.
- Solid understanding of compliance regulations within the automotive finance industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
Understanding of retailer processes is advantageous.
