About the Role:The primary objective of this position is to assist in delivering a thorough, client-oriented, and effective facilities management service that ensures a safe, clean, and secure environment to fulfill the organization's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Address and manage daily operational tasks related to housekeeping, security, maintenance, and event coordination through effective utilization of networks and information systems.
2. Stay informed about corporate policies and procedures, applying them diligently in daily responsibilities, including but not limited to equalities, health and safety, and security protocols, while reporting any concerns.
3. Perform various administrative and office-related duties as necessary.
4. Handle initial customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education, typically including five GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English (Grades A-C).
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Health and Safety training or experience is preferred but not mandatory.
