About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Executive to join our team at Blue Square. As a key member of our retail marketing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of our retail operations and digital execution activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management
    • Develop and implement display compliance processes to ensure effective communication of issues and trends within our retail estate.
    • Champion store standards and ensure issues impacting sales and customer experience are quickly resolved.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Presentation of ideas, results, and outcomes of projects and trials to relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure key stakeholders are aware of trending issues by gathering insights and feedback from the field team.
  • Project Management
    • Generate and implement clear processes and timelines for dealing with a wide range of issues.
    • Create and circulate weekly reports to various teams to provide valuable insights.
  • Communication
    • Act as the main day-to-day contact for our maintenance partner and manage the quality of service provided.
    • Ensure alignment of goals and objectives across the partnership.
  • Digital Execution and Data Analysis
    • Identify opportunities to drive digital performance improvement by utilizing data and trends.
