Role Highlights

Our Consumer Engagement Team manages millions of customer interactions each year, catering to fans from various countries. You will be at the forefront of addressing a wide array of questions, from product inquiries to troubleshooting issues, ensuring that every interaction is unique and fulfilling.

The starting salary for this position is competitive, complemented by an attractive benefits package, including a performance-based bonus. This role is a fixed-term position.

Comprehensive training will be provided, featuring an initial induction period followed by hands-on support. We value the diverse life situations of our team members, allowing for a flexible work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers in both Lithuanian and English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and interactive manner to foster strong relationships.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to efficiently resolve product-related inquiries.
  • Be adaptable to various shifts, including weekends, to maintain high service standards.
  • Represent our brand with a distinctive and engaging communication style.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to meet customer expectations.

Our recruitment process will commence with an online interview. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to meet in person for a final interview and a tour of our workplace.
