Business Development Manager

**About the Role**

D33P Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering products and services into multiple sectors across the UK, with a focus on the Defence and Semiconductor markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including C-suite level individuals
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Defence and Semiconductor markets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales objectives
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

**Requirements**

* 5+ years experience in a sales position
* 3+ years selling directly into either Defence or Semiconductor

**Travel Requirements**

This role will require travel to customer sites across the UK and EU, which will be expensed through the business.
