Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Purchasing Manager to lead UK operations across two locations. This role will oversee a world-class supplier base, driving competitiveness during tenders and project phases, and achieving the best Total Cost of Ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage indirect purchasing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, driving performance and quality.
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Contribute to site performance achievement, guaranteeing supplier performance and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership, with a strong track record of driving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
