The Role

Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead the South West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a well-established territory, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a large portfolio of existing accounts
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of success in field sales. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in product sales and account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and empathy with clients
• Experience working in a business-to-business sales environment
• A strong work ethic and determination to succeed

Location

This role is based in the South West region and is commutable from various locations, including Swansea, Cardiff, Bristol, and more. The successful candidate will be required to work from home with a car, phone, and laptop.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £40,000 + commission, with an OTE of £45,000. Additionally, a hybrid car will be provided as part of the package.
