Account Manager - Customer Relations

Veoneer, Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our key customers and ensuring their loyalty through commercial management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and promote our offer to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Evaluate and report customer needs and requests, ensuring their voice is heard within Veoneer.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with internal stakeholders to guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations and ensure the implementation of production capacities and technical solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities and track customer data in computer systems.
  • Responsible for account P&Ls and central interface for the customer account within Veoneer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance, Master preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with proficiency in customer/supplier relationships.
  • General technical bases in electronics, industrial computing, embedded systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office applications.
