Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Executive Events Host to oversee operations at our Aerospace Customer Suite. This role is integral to both the Executive Services and Events teams, focusing on the seamless execution of customer visits and ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

General Duties:

  • Lead the Executive Host team in managing daily operations, including conference facilities and catering services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, catering, and facility maintenance, addressing issues proactively.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including potential evening events as required.
  • Host high-profile clients with professionalism and excellence.
  • Coordinate logistics for customer visits, ensuring compliance with client strategies and policies.
  • Provide a VIP concierge service, including welcoming guests and managing their needs.
  • Oversee AV/IT requirements, ensuring all equipment is operational.
  • Participate in emergency procedures and mandatory training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to enhance service quality and menu offerings.

Event Coordination:

  • Travel to various sites as necessary, particularly after the probation period.
  • Organize customer event visits, including booking facilities, catering, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Ensure quality control for customer visits, addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
  • Facilitate site tours, ensuring safety protocols and requirements are met.
  • Act as the central contact for all stakeholders involved in visit planning and execution.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Aerospace Customer Suite.
  • Implement food hygiene and stock control measures effectively.
  • Promote a safe working environment by addressing unsafe practices.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the catering team to discuss operational performance.
  • Manage stock ordering and control processes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Communicate regularly with Executive Host Managers and team members.
  • Innovate ways to enhance service delivery and overall guest experience.
