We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating Services Lead Scheduler to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd. Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the workload of our Heating Services engineers to meet financial targets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to a team of Heating Services Schedulers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Deputize for the Customer Scheduling Team Manager as required, taking on additional responsibilities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with field management to optimize engineer time and escalate any issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers via our automated two-way communication system.
- Oversee the team to ensure delivery notes and stock management paperwork are processed efficiently.
- Liaise with engineers and the admin team to facilitate timely invoicing and work completion.
- Manage and action all communications and opportunities via QMS and CRM, providing daily updates on key metrics.
- Ensure effective use of IT systems and promote a culture of innovation and process improvement.
- A minimum of GCSE Maths and English.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role with an element of selling to customers.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a reactive environment.
- Proven ability to match resources to meet customer requirements and negotiate with customers as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and time management.
- Resilient, persistent, and tenacious, with a results-oriented attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
