We are seeking a skilled Heating Services Scheduler to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd. As a Heating Services Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and coordinate service work, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with our engineering team to promote excellent customer service and ensure that all service work is correctly raised in our job management system.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate service work to ensure seamless delivery to customers

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
