Job Title: Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects and teams, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery, including design, construction, and handover.

Requirements:

  • ARB registered/RIBA qualified with a strong track record of architectural experience.
  • 5-7 years post-Part Three UK-based architectural experience, with a focus on residential and heritage projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage architectural projects, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong design flair and creativity, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
