Senior Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our award-winning team and work on a range of exciting residential and student accommodation projects. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for working with Revit on a daily basis, preparing and producing technical bid and tender documents, and liaising with clients and other consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work on exciting Residential and Student Accommodation projects from planning stage through to completion
  2. Prepare and produce technical bid and tender documents
  3. Liaise with clients and other consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes
  4. Creating excellent buildings for the end users and clients
  5. Work independently as well as in a team throughout all RIBA Stages
  6. Help more Junior members of the team
  7. Create engaging designs that exceed the project brief
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years post Part-III RIBA, recently qualified ARB or equivalent with UK on-site construction experience essential
  2. Ability to manage a demanding workload of medium to large-scale projects
  3. Knowledge of UK building regulations
  4. A strong design portfolio
  5. Excellent knowledge of Revit
  6. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  7. Analytical approach to workload
  8. Commercially aware, responsible and reliable
  9. Experience of preparing and presenting design proposals to the client
  10. Willing to take responsibility and able to use own initiative
  11. Capable of liaising confidently with clients and consultants and developing those professional relationships
