Job Overview
As a Customer Resolution Advisor at British Gas, you will play a vital role in resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner. This is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes commuting to our Cardiff office and working from home.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution targets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of British Gas products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior colleagues or managers as needed.
