Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As an Asset Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals in performing electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair on a wide range of machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
