We are seeking a reliable and flexible Production Operative to join our team at a leading tyre factory in Bourne, Lincs. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning and checking labels to ensure accurate order processing
- Working closely with the warehouse team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting in maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in the warehouse
- Own transport for commuting to work
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and night shifts
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Free car park
- Monthly attendance bonus of £150
- Weekly pay
