Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team in London and the South of England. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintain and develop critical relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Be accountable for sales revenues within your region.
  • Liaise effectively with the Commercial team to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement defined strategies to grow market share and revenue generation from Abbott Medical's CRM products.
  • Be fully responsible for HR-related activities, including mentoring and development for direct reports.
  • Contribute to the CRM leadership team, taking ownership of your development and adding value to the division.
  • Communicate the rationale of using Abbott's CRM products effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in life sciences or relevant subject.
  • Experience in medical devices sales.
  • Proven record of success in sales, with additional functional experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching and developing people.
  • Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
