About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled New Build Solicitor to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of new build property matters from inception to conclusion, including sales & purchase, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of transactions.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets, demonstrating commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:

  • Hold a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience managing your own caseload.
  • Be highly organized and process-driven, with excellent time management skills.
  • Be commercially astute, with a deep understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice.
  • Have a strong commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be IT literate, with experience using a web-based case management system.
