Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Rocket Staffing is seeking a skilled TIG Welding Specialist for fabrication and installation tasks in both workshop and field settings.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fabrication, welding, and constructing products according to the specifications provided by our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working independently or collaboratively to uphold the highest standards of production quality, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction.
  • Traveling to client locations with mileage reimbursement and company vehicle provided.
  • Completing all necessary documentation related to quality assurance, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

After a probationary period, there will be an opportunity for a salary review, potentially increasing the hourly rate to between £18 and £19.
