Job Title: TIG Welder Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder Specialist to join our team at Rocket Staffing. The successful candidate will have experience in fabrication, welding, and installation in a workshop and on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate and install products as per design drawings supplied by customers
* Ensure all materials are measured correctly and precisely in accordance with design drawings
* Work individually or as part of a team to maintain highest possible standards of production, health and safety, and customer service
* Travel to clients' sites, mileage and van supplied
* Complete all relevant paperwork procedures, quality, security, and regulatory requirements
* Highlight any improvements or queries to product design
* Keep all machinery clean and operational, flagging any concerns to the management team
* Commit to reducing costs and wastage of materials and time
* Engage with colleagues to investigate continuous improvements throughout the manufacturing process

Requirements:

* Experience in fabrication, welding, and installation
* Ability to work individually or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel to clients' sites
