The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Obstetrician to join our team. As a specialist in Perinatal Mental Health, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric care to patients, including managing the Labour Ward, Antenatal clinics, Section Lists, and Maternity Assessment Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert obstetric care to patients, including those with Perinatal Mental Health needs
- Collaborate with existing consultants and the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in trust leadership programmes and support the Safeguarding team
- Contribute to the immediate management functions and strategic planning of the Division and Trusts
- Participate in a 1:14 on-call obstetric rota, including weekends
