The Business Operations Communication and Engagement Manager is a key position within AWE Plc, responsible for overseeing the management of communication and change activities related to functional process improvement. This role ensures that improvements are implemented in an inclusive, engaging, and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a comprehensive list of all improvement projects in the function, including timelines for delivery, success criteria, risk management plans, benefits realization plans, and performance metrics.
- Lead the execution of the functional communications and engagement strategy and plan.
- Deliver a calendar of functional communication and engagement events.
- Provide change management subject matter expertise and guidance across the function, acting as Change Lead for significant projects.
- Ensure adherence to documentation, policies, and procedures through local functional practices.
- Manage the internal voice of the customer and feedback, ensuring it is communicated and fully understood.
- Manage functional online platforms, workspaces, and communications channels.
- Measure the effectiveness of change and communication activities.
This role requires a strong background in business operations, communication, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing change and communication activities, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
