  • Take ownership of running duty shifts and ensuring that the store is operating within company guidelines
  • Be there for customers, listening to their needs and helping to resolve any issues
  • Look for ways to improve service and efficiency, including coaching and developing the team
  • Maintain a great understanding of how the store is performing and assist managers in delivering actions to improve performance

What We Offer

As a Store Operations Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a variety of challenges and opportunities to develop your skills and experience.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

We are committed to supporting our colleagues and offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if desired.

Our Store Operations Managers play a critical role in supporting our customers and colleagues, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a high-performing team.
