Job Overview
We are seeking to expand our dedicated team at Hill House, which is part of Priory Adult Care, providing specialized residential assistance for individuals with learning disabilities in a secure and supportive setting.
Role Responsibilities
The Facilities Support Technician will be responsible for addressing the maintenance needs of the facility, including both preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as overseeing building projects and repairs. This role requires a strong focus on the safety and well-being of the residents, staff, and visitors.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance or construction role
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to perform regulatory inspections and complete necessary documentation
