  • Process invoices, track and reconcile payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Administer facilities management documentation and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for the facilities team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractor attendance, vetting, and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the effective management of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Perform other related duties as required, including general clerical tasks, data entry, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or possessing the required competencies.
  • Highly motivated and driven to deliver and learn within the role, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
