Our client, Cammach Bryant, is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to lead their procurement efforts in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation and management, with a proven track record of delivering value to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize contract spend and maximize leverage in the market.
  • Proactively manage supply chain market risks, ensuring alignment with corporate expectations and guidelines.
  • Lead the Contracts team in delivering high-quality services, adhering to professional standards and company procedures.
  • Manage key contractor and supplier relationships, fostering positive and constructive partnerships.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to the Contracts Team and company personnel on contract strategies and complex situations.
  • Liaise with HQ SCM to secure the best benefits from procurement plans and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and partner audits, performance audits, and industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with oil and gas industry supply chain market trends and contracting principles.
  • Negotiate and implement high-value contract/framework agreements/claims, leveraging excellent networks with operators and industry bodies.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management principles.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
