About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Ensure the selection and management of appropriate vendors, with a focus on enhancing vendor performance in terms of delivery and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards.
  • Daily Procurement: Regularly update and maintain PSR/Procurement requirement lists, arranging the procurement of necessary goods and services to meet operational needs.
  • ERP System Maintenance: Manage the ERP system with respect to the procurement function, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Quotation Support: Assist various teams by obtaining cost estimates for parts and assemblies, as well as providing delivery information for new projects.
  • Supply Chain Communication: Act as the primary contact for supply chain activities, including the RFQ process, purchasing, and providing regular status updates.
  • Core Values Promotion: Uphold and promote the company's core values.

Qualifications:

  • Degree level or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to liaise and negotiate at various levels
  • Good knowledge of procurement practice with existing supplier network
