About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care services, ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our care services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional care to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our referral partners.
  • Contribute to the development of our business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our care services, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a care management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
  • Good understanding of care regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
