Supporting Students with SEN

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Psychology Graduate to work with a student who requires additional support in a secondary school in the Maidstone area.

The Role:
  • Work one-to-one with a student who needs extra support during the school day
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual students' needs
  • Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student
Requirements:
  • Hold a Psychology Degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
