The Role:- Work one-to-one with a student who needs extra support during the school day
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments to identify individual students' needs
- Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student
- Hold a Psychology Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
