Key Responsibilities- Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Manage enquiries and showrounds for prospective families, including customer database management
- Drive occupancy and reputation of the care home through community engagement
- Support resident and family feedback with a focus on customer care
- Assist with recruitment, payroll preparation, and HR administration
- Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR tools and resources
- Ensure secure storage of personal files and manage safe contents, petty cash, and resident fund accounts
- Attend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment
- High level of attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- CIPD qualification beneficial
