About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid and Social Media Manager to join our team at Soap Media. As a key player in our paid social media department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve target KPIs and performance objectives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships and Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for your paid social media clients, leading client meetings and discussions to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
    • Support new business initiatives by collaborating with senior leadership to respond to client proposals and develop winning strategies.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop multi-channel strategies for your paid social media clients, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Performance Reporting and Meetings:
    • Prepare and present comprehensive client reports in bi-weekly meetings with senior leadership, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and general performance to inform strategic decisions.
    • Engage in discussions to address client priorities, department progress, and seek support and guidance when needed to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve target KPIs and performance objectives for your assigned clients, leveraging your expertise in social media strategies and tactics.
    • Stay informed about emerging trends and market conditions within the paid social media landscape, identifying opportunities and mitigating threats to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in paid social media management, with a deep understanding of social media strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends, tools, and industry best practices in social media.
  • Flexibility to provide hands-on support during peak periods or leave coverage.
