About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Cost Manager to join our team at Gleeds. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
  • Engage with customers and develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Deliver high-quality services and ensure that cost management deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Manage projects and deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  • Prepare and present order of cost estimates and option studies.
  • Conduct cost planning and cost-in-use studies.
  • Advise on and implement procurement strategies.
  • Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
  • Evaluate and report on tenders.
  • Value completed work and arrange for payments.
  • Settle final accounts.
  • Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Produce and present reports to customers.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and drive growth across business unit activities.
  • Manage service delivery for profit.
  • Advise directors promptly of any issues that have arisen or might arise on projects, particularly those that might impact on Gleeds' professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
