Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic market research, relationship development, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and develop strategies for business expansion
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing business partners in various sectors, including retail, healthcare, and business services
  • Implement marketing initiatives aligned with our Business Plan and Strategy
  • Expand and diversify our canvasser venue portfolio
  • Support the Sales and Marketing department in achieving business objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B engagement with a proven track record of acquisition
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Attention to detail
