Drive Business Growth as a Partnerships and Development Executive

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships and Development Executive to join our team in Hertfordshire, covering the London area. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to target key markets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and direct sales efforts.
  • Tailor our services to meet the specific needs of potential clients, ensuring a personalized and effective sales pitch.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to our overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for potential clients, working closely with our operations team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Attend monthly meetings to report on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the international moving, relocation, or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the London market and the challenges associated with international relocation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas as required.
