VIQU Limited is in search of a dedicated Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our esteemed multinational IT organization, renowned for delivering a comprehensive range of IT services and solutions, including IT consultancy, system integrations, cloud services, and e-commerce solutions.

In the role of Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in the HI Pillar, concentrating on assisting clients in overcoming the challenges associated with modernizing their infrastructure. Your goal will be to streamline operations and enhance performance while maintaining security. You will evaluate client concerns and work in conjunction with vendors, service partners, and internal teams to create holistic Hybrid Infrastructure solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider team to assist clients in defining and executing their strategies for on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice to both new and existing clients, helping them to modernize and scale their infrastructure for improved efficiency and security.
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of Hybrid Infrastructure offerings in response to evolving market demands.
  • Analyze, design, and support comprehensive HI solutions tailored to client specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to transform basic Bill of Material (BoM) requests into integrated solutions, fostering upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay current on assessment tools for Hybrid Infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop expertise in key vendors such as Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Veeam, and NetApp.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Enhance existing client technology strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of key vendors including Lenovo, HPE, Dell, and preferably Veeam, NetApp, and Cisco.
  • Experience in a technical capacity with a focus on Hybrid Infrastructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, and data center solutions (highly desired).
  • Proven expertise in server and data center solutions (highly desired).
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role (highly desired).
