Company Overview: Square One Resources is a leading provider of legal services, and we are currently seeking a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of real estate matters using a case management system
  • Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct due diligence checks and prepare comprehensive reports in line with our client's Real Estate Manual
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders and third parties
  • Support junior colleagues by providing feedback and training
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legal updates, and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
  • Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations, marketing, and networking opportunities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, gaining client trust and understanding their objectives
  • Strong influencing and persuasive abilities, capable of engaging and convincing individuals at all levels
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of attention to detail, prioritization, and accuracy
