About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including taking calls and messages, dealing with daily post, and maintaining equipment records.
- Assist with quality review and compilation of reports, including PDF documents.
- Promote health and safety within the workplace and maintain accurate records of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Book travel, accommodation, car hire, and training courses as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to other administrators as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An innovative and organized approach to work, with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- A pleasant telephone manner.
