As a retail assistant, you will represent Cancer Research UK in your community. Your store will serve as a hub for local engagement, where customers can connect with our mission and learn about our impactful work.

In a dynamic and energetic environment, you will encounter new experiences daily, from the latest fashion trends to building community connections.

You will be part of a team that shares your passion for combating cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional service to customers and supporters. Collaborating with the shop team to meet ambitious sales and fundraising goals. Assisting in maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising and compliance with health and safety regulations. Building relationships with the local community and colleagues at Cancer Research UK. Supporting fundraising initiatives to achieve store targets. Assuming keyholder responsibilities as needed (training will be provided).

Desired Skills:

A solid understanding of excellent customer service. Experience in a fast-paced customer service setting. Ability to manage your own tasks and work independently when necessary. Strong teamwork skills. Outstanding communication abilities.

Ideally, you will also have:

An interest in fashion. Previous retail experience.
