Job Title: Lending Associate - Banking Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Associate to join our team at Weatherbys Banking Group. As a Lending Associate, you will play a vital role in providing accurate administration and supporting the Private Banking Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily queries raised by the Private Banking Team
  • Draft all lending and security documentation
  • Carry out core banking tasks such as drafting of Audit and Redemption Letters, completing of Mortgage Statements, and producing of reference statements
  • Monitor the arrears database and prepare arrears letters
  • Load lending into the Flexcube Banking system, making amendments as required
  • Monitor and oversee expired Buildings Insurance Policies and request up-to-date policies from the wider Private Banking Team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within UK banking or A levels/degree in a relevant subject
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Arrangements:

You will be based in our Wellingborough head office and will need to work full-time onsite initially during training. After training, you will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
