About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Magnetic London Creative Services Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual solutions that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create engaging and effective designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and branding. You will be working closely with our account managers and designers to interpret clients' needs and develop creative solutions that meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for a range of client briefs, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Project Management: Prioritize your time between projects, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain excellent communication with the team and clients.
  • Design Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and guidance, and contribute to the development of our design team.
  • Client Communication: Present and explain design concepts to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Design Standards: Ensure that all visual work produced by the team meets Magnetic's high standards of delivery and quality.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Design Skills: Strong conceptual and typographic skills, with a passion for design, creativity, and the creative process.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent software skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious, motivated, and committed to quality and professionalism, with a positive can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
