Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at JYSK. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling JYSK products
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of JYSK products and services
    • Confidently engage with customers to offer product recommendations and close sales
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be fully flexible and able to work on evenings (7/8pm) and at least 1 weekend day per week
