About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges, resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Participate in stock management, receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
