About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Schuh. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions, handling returns, and exchanging items.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including maintaining displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
