About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at HBD Partners. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the MICE market within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to stimulate business into the hotel and contribute to achieving the hotel's budgeted group rooms and banqueting revenues.
  • Manage the sales process, including developing and helping to manage the Group Sales Coordinator and Executive.
  • Identify strategies to develop the assigned market and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work within the boundaries of the budgeted and forecasted Sales expenses in line with the Hotel Strategy and Standards.
  • Devising incentives for local conference and incentive agents to stimulate business.
  • Developing rate growth and identifying potential partners to assist in growth through Partnership marketing.
  • Executing Group sales-based activities to generate short and long-term business into the hotel.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the MICE market and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
